Hello ADL families,

Our next Parents as Partners meeting will be held next Tuesday evening, February 5th, in the ADL Library from 6:30-7:30 pm.  It is on Tuesday this month so we don't conflict with the Concert to be held on Thursday, February 7th. I hope you will be able to join us.  We have a lot of exciting activities to plan and look forward to in the second half of the school year!  I hope to see you all there!

Hello ADL Families,

There is now a link on the ADL home page with a listing of the clubs at ADL and information on when they meet, etc.  It is the fourth listing down on the left hand side of the page.  Please check it out for a chance to see all the different clubs available at ADL throughout the school year.

Also, the new date for this year's ADL's Got Talent show is Friday, March 22nd.  Watch for more info as this gets closer.

Thank you!

Paul will follow up with Mr. Moreau and Melanie Cote to get this into the ADL Agenda and with Laurie Singer for her newsletter. Idea about plugging into school events. Idea about handing out flyer at drop-off/pick-up times.
  • New date for ADL’s Got Talent. None yet.

  • GASP Committee, March 15. Kelley put out an email to gain more volunteers. We have Dorothy and Paul, and we need two more volunteers. It’s not a labor-intensive activity. We need to get going as a committee by the end of January. (GASP = “Games And Sports Party”)
  • Staff Appreciation Committee: Looking for fresh ideas. Maybe activity classes or some kind of pampering (and maybe not so much snacks and treats??). Thank you notes from parents. Quotes on a sheet/board. Be sure to remember the behind-the-scenes staff that gets forgotten.
  • Email information has been given to Kevin Barber for Basketball Tournament volunteers.

ANY OTHER ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION?
